We do not guarantee job placement, employment, interviews, hiring outcomes, income level, or success in any career or application process. All hiring decisions are made solely by third-party employers.

This website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. Your use of this website and services is at your own risk.

5. Payments and Fees

Some training programs may require payment as stated on the website. We do not charge job placement fees or hiring commissions.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

You are eligible for a full refund only if you request it before the training program has started. Once the training program has started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of how much of the content you have completed or attended. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the email below prior to the program start date stated at enrollment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, including loss of income or opportunities, business or financial losses, data loss or service interruptions, or issues arising from use of our services or third-party actions. This applies even if we have been advised of possible damages.

We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of third-party employers, hiring outcomes or job postings, external websites or services, or communications between users and employers. All interactions with third parties are strictly between you and them.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indonesian Remote Workers and Mas Ridwan Academy, its owner(s), and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the website or services, your interactions or agreements with third-party employers, or your violation of these Terms.
